Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a contact, estimate, or booking form on this site, we collect what you give us — typically a name, phone number, email address, and a description of the electrical work you need. That's it. We don't ask for payment information, ID numbers, or anything beyond what's needed to quote and schedule your job.

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and the page viewed) are collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes. These logs are not used for marketing.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The site is installable as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means your browser may cache static files (images, fonts, page shells) for offline use and faster loading. This cached data is stored only on your device and never sent back to us.

Embedded content

Some pages (such as Resources) embed videos hosted on YouTube. When you choose to play one of those videos, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. We use the youtube-nocookie.com privacy-enhanced domain to limit tracking, and videos only load after you click.

How we use your information

Information you submit through this site is used only to respond to your request — quoting a job, scheduling a visit, or answering a question. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained in our business records for as long as the working relationship requires and any required tax or legal retention period. If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Your rights
