Plant manager FAQ

How fast can you respond to a production-down call?
Named-tech response on contract accounts — typically rolling within the hour for facilities in Dodge, Telfair, Pulaski, Laurens, and Bleckley counties. Off-contract production-down calls get priority over routine work, but contract holders are always at the front of the queue.
What three-phase voltages do you work with?
Standard commercial/light-industrial 208V three-phase, plus 480V three-phase for plant work, motor branch circuits, and MCC feeds. We size transformers, sub-feeds, and step-down arrangements for everything in between.
Do you handle PLC and motor-control work?
Yes — Allen-Bradley and Siemens S7 platforms most often, plus discrete starter / contactor / overload work and VFD installs (Yaskawa, ABB, AB PowerFlex). We troubleshoot, replace, and program point-to-point I/O.
Can you do an arc flash study?
Yes. Full study with field data collection, software modeling (SKM or EasyPower), printed labels for every panel, and a written report you can hand to OSHA. We also re-label after any service or panel change so it stays current.
Do you carry workers' comp?
Yes — current policy on file. Certificate of insurance with workers' comp endorsement available on request, naming your facility as additional insured if needed.
What does a preventive-maintenance contract cover?
Scheduled panel scans, breaker exercising, torque-check (per NETA), thermal imaging on all major distribution gear, and a written annual report. Most poultry and food-processing clients run quarterly; warehouses run twice a year.
