Do you work nights and weekends so we can stay open?
Yes. After-hours and weekend work is routine for us — no premium for it. Most retail, restaurant, and office jobs we schedule around your operating hours so we don't put you in the awkward spot of telling customers you're closed.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our property manager?
Yes — same day in most cases. We carry $2M general liability, and our certificates can be issued naming your property manager or landlord as additional insured. Just send us the address and entity name.
Do you handle the permit and inspection?
Every permit-required commercial job — we pull it, schedule the inspection, meet the inspector, and handle any corrections. You don't touch paperwork.
How fast can you respond if our power goes out?
24/7 emergency line. For commercial accounts in Dodge, Telfair, and Pulaski counties we typically have a tech rolling within an hour of the call. Annual maintenance contract holders get priority queue.
Can you coordinate with our GC on a tenant buildout?
Yes. We work alongside general contractors all the time — bare-shell to ready-to-open. We sequence rough-in around drywall, ceiling grid, and finish trades, and we don't hold up the schedule.
Do you do recurring preventive maintenance?
Yes — quarterly, semiannual, or annual contracts. Includes panel scans, breaker exercising, torque checks, thermal imaging, and emergency-light testing. We catch the failures before they shut you down.
